Sarah Godfrey has over 15 years of experience in the professional somatic field, but she’s loved body movement (and been a student of it) her whole life. She is a master teacher and loves to teach body language skills—especially in the business leadership space.

Sarah is a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist (RSMT) and a Certified Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analyst (CLMA). She is also a certified yoga teacher, with additional training in being trauma-informed. She has taught movement analysis and fundamentals at both Utah Valley University and Brigham Young University (where she got her BA in dance).

After sharing her expertise in the mental health field for over a decade Sarah noticed how often in business trainings body language was mentioned as being incredibly important, but not taught. It wasn’t their area of expertise—but it was hers! Sarah saw the need for these skills to be taught to leaders who want to have more impact.

Sarah believes that entrepreneurship is a spiritual practice and the best possible way to serve others and grow personally. Building leaders that fully embody their mission is her passion.
